I have an adjustable greddy flanged BOV that you can either vent or recirculate, its mounted on a cast aluminum pipe with beads at both ends. $35.

I think its just generic but it's Greddy flanged. It's adjustable so like the others it probably holds 25+. I bought a box of parts that I really only wanted the intercooler out of and this was left over. The diaphragm and spring is solid, pushing on the bottom of the valve discharges air from the inlet on top.

I don't have the recirculation pipe, they go for like $10 or maybe its a common pipe thread, I'm not sure. I do have a Mitsu pipe with flange on it, there was someone in the mitsubishi forums selling a 1g BOV, if you want to pick that up I'll sell you this pipe & flange.

I guess more importantly, are you trying to find something that bolts onto your factory pipe or is it something that you are going to put in-line and connect with couplers? That's was why I mentioned the mitsu flanged pipe, 1g mitsubishi blow off valves are setup for recirculation already.

I could set it up with couplers I'm not to worried about it lol I just need to make sure 100 percent of the air gets recirculated and none goes to the atmosphere is all
