I have a used Garrett GT3071r Dual BB turbo for sale. It is in good condition. Has about 4k miles on it. Has T25 Flange with .64AR Turbine housing. Turbo spins freely and smooth. Does not come with a wastegate actuator. Purchased it awhile ago but never got around to using it. Any questions please pm me.
