No rails... just the two seats. Rails/brackets/sliders etc can be purchased for decent prices on Corbeau.com

If it is arranged ahead of time and BOTH people pick them up and pay for them at the SAME TIME then I have no problem with that. I just wont sell one ahead of the other and then get stuck with the other one because the second person backs out.
