no on the 150 and yes they have tires 2 are brand new

actually when i boght the car i made a BIG mistake and didnt inspect the rims, and like a month after i got the car i was getting brand new tires for them and the guy at the shop said it had a crack on it..i was f**** pissed. but yeah other than that i have no clue how it got there
