what are the exact specs of the wheels.. offset? width? any damage? tires? are they staggered sizing?

 

Not sure on the specs but the wheels where on a 2000 prelude the two of the rims have minor scratchs its needs two tires im lower the price to $700 i have some 18" tires that im willing to include if the price is right

 

would u take $550 lmk since it needs 2 tires
