I have the black dash with cruise control switches in black from a 99. Perfect condition. I will sell both for $175.

 

I know you are looking for a T25 as well. I have one that I got from the dealer brand new awhile ago but only put 1k miles on it. It was on my car for about 3 months and it has just been sitting ever since. I will sell the like new T25 for $150. Absolutely no shaft play whatsoever.
