this is an adjustable SFMU. its adjustable from i think 14-1 down to 6-1. It also has the ability to control idle fuel pressure (like if you have bigger injectors and need to lower the fp to make them idle right) but you can just leave that fully open and just use it as an FMU.
called no answer and i didnt leave a message cause your voicemail said you wouldnt call back lol. what model is it? is it the billet 2020 series fmu? lmk very interested a little more details would be nice

you still have different rings and springs which allows it to adjust to 14-1 to 6-1
um its not rings and springs at all, its a set screw that controls the amount of boost/vacuum the sfmu receives, therefore adjusting the ratio. It is stainless, but its an SFMU. Im not sure what the S is for, maybe static? since it controls the static pressure in the fuel system. ill post a pic or a link tommorow for you. and sorry i missed the call, my VW burned to the ground tonight thanks to a shitty hose shop in hudson. My stainless steel fuel line that they made for me came right out of the banjo fitting, didnt break or anything, just popped right out, and sprayed on the turbo causing a huge, unstoppable fire. shitty. The SFMU is ok though, it was safe at home in my bedroom
i dont have the intructions currently, you adjust it by going off your a/f reading. start out with the screw all the way out (14-1) and go in a quarter turn at a time until you reach desired a/f ratio under boost. as far as adjusting idle pressure, just have the car running (you need a f/g hooked up) and the more you turn the bolt in the higher the static pressure will become, all the way out (where it is now) is no effect on the flow of the fuel back to tthe tank, therefore keeping your stock static fuel pressure. im sorry i havent gotten a pic on im doning that tonight ive been busy.
