External Wastegate - Just measured it at 38mm it looks like, probably a .5bar spring, not sure, came with my manifold.

Interal Wastegate Assembly w/Actuator for 5-Bolt Setup
This is for the larger 5-Bolt setup, pulled off a Garret T3 Super 60 turbine. Brand new never used, the actuator has a .5 bar spring.
