I have a rockford fosgate 400s. It's in good condition, and works great. I bought it from someone on TR like a week ago, but i bought different subs, and it won't work with them. I bought it for 100, and that's kind of what i expect to get for it. I have the original box, and mounting screws.

I am also selling 3 10" JL Audio W0s in a Power Wedge box that would go great with this amp. Let me know if you want them both, and we can work out a deal.
