Default Simple Clean Maxima JL Audio System

This is a 2010 Maxima. We installed a ported box for the JL Audio 12W6 subwoofer. We made a simple fake wall and covered it with matching trunk carpet. We installed the JL Slash 500/1 for the sub, and a 300/4 for the mids and highs. Up front the doors got the JL Audio C5 6.5" component speakers. We rounded it all out with JL Audios CleanSweep passive equalizer. This piece is absolutely necessary when doing an installation where the factory head unit is retained. The system came out clean, clear, and loud. Customer was very happy. This is a typical simple JL system build here at MCOR.

That looks great, Matt. I love the use of space man, leaves plenty of room for the trunk to still be useable! Keepin' it clean & simple is always a favorite of mine, bro!

What's something like that run - equipment & install?

Thanks for the props. Equipment was top of the line JL stuff here so pretty pricey. Sub, two amps, C5 components in front, JL CleanSweep, SSI interface, MDF and other materials with some labor was about $2600. Car sounded stupendous though when completed. Craziest thing is, this is a lease. In 2 years, we are going to return it to factory!
