Cams aren't that hard. If you have a day, the fsm, and some tools, you should be able to do it.

The pistons would require someone to do it, and im not familiar enough with Tampa to recommend a place.

 

look in the phone book under engine repair, find a couple of mom and pop type shops(real mechanics) and make some friends, that way you can get work done cheep and if your lucky you might even get a garage bay after hours to tinker on your own, that way if you break something there is no towing fee
