Default injector cleaner

Alright im sorry im asking so many questions here but i dont know how different rotarys are from piston motors so im unsure with some of the smaller things and you guys seem to know alot about these cars. My new question is it safe or even worth while to use those fuel injector cleaners that you put in with your gas every so often?

Yes, its safe...It will be as useful on rotary injectors as it would on piston injectors.

Rotaries like seafoam! However, lots of carbon could prove detrimental to seafoam cleaning as it would break aprt the carbon and cause issues internally (loss of compression due to removal of carbon + worn out old engine). However its the only "internal cleaner" i would run through the fuel system. If you actually want your injectors clean, Kirk at boost lab in Temple Terrace will clean, rebuild em, and flow test em for you. Thats who does all my injector work.
