OK since some people are being retards still, I am going to make this thread as a last ditch effort for some people to shape up before I start banning because apparently warnings and post deleting isn't getting peoples attention.

We are going to go over the rules and I am going to clarify them for you all so we are all on the same page...

1) NO Threats: Mazda Tech and Tamparacing.com does not condone any threats to members or visitors. Any threat posted will be taken as serious. Threads with threats should reported an Administrator and will be locked. A temporary ban or permanent ban may be implied in Mazda Tech, or all of Tamparacing.com

-----I think that this one is pretty obvious, don't make threats of any kind or you will most likely get banned...


2)No Bashing or Flaming: Mazda Tech does not condone bashing or flaming towards anyone, regardless of how much you may dislike someone, or their car. This does not mean that you cannot have decent arguments. Everyone has opinions and everyone is more than welcome to share those opinions SO FAR AS THEY ARE IN GOOD TASTE AND NOT OFFENSIVE IN ANY MANNER. Should anyone have a problem with someone, take it into private messages. Do not continue to have pointless/unnecessary/ridiculous arguments in a thread. Furthermore if anyone has any problems or feels offended, either take it up with me or an administrator. Threads/posts containing unnecessary bashing will be locked or deleted and warnings/bans may ensue.

------Mmmmk now this one is a hot topic, let me explain this really well to you guys. Obviously I was lenient when I wrote this rule, I know everyone wants to say things to other people, everyone has their opinions and everyone wants to voice them as well. You see what I did there??? I laid down a ground rule and some restrictions to go along with it. I know I can't stop all the arguing in this forum because I can't and don't want to police it 24 hours a day, to do that would be ridiculous. Also, I know that you don't want me to be a helicopter parent either and just watch you all like a hawk because that would be lame. JUST DON'T TAKE IT TOO FAR, I can't stress this enough. What is taking it too far?? Well then I will show you, since apparently you guys don't know...

First off, anything racist, sexual, or obscene will be grounds for post deletion and or bans...

Now let's look at some recent posts that will give us some great examples of taking and not taking it too far...

Here is the first one, now after you read it lets look to see what could possibly be offensive in this post... He does say something about people's POS autozone belts, but that's not that big of a deal, also he says that three specific people need to get lives and stop starting stuff. That's pretty much about it. Nothing really offensive there unless you want to act like a child and whine over some stupid words. This post is no big deal, sure he pretty much is baiting you guys on right here, but it's nothing worth crying over, certainly nothing worth banning over...

Mmmmk now this is an example of a post that takes it too far. See first off, he calls him a stupid fucking hypocrite, that right there is offensive, it could have done without the "stupid" and the "fucking" because hypocrite by itself isn't a big deal. Then he goes on to call him an "illiterate fuck" which again is much too malicious, it's taking it too far, it's too offensive not to mention not in good taste...

on to the next one

This one is fine, it's not a big deal. He doesn't cuss at anyone, doesn't get highly offensive and doesn't make himself look like an ass. Mission success for this guy...

Now this one I really loved

This post was good at first, it's really funny and witty, well played out, but then it started getting a little too distasteful, but overall wasn't THAT bad, he wasn't outright insulting him vulgarly... This would lie on the borderline, I wouldn't delete this unless the person it referenced actually PM'd me and told me it offended them. So here is a good example of that.

Last one guys....

Mmmmk, this one was offensive only because of the "douchefag" thrown in there. That is taking it too far, "fag" and "faggot" is almost always taking it too far as a general rule... other than that, everything was pretty good in this thread.
