Do you have a an intercooler yet?? If not try and get a thin long one like this

UNIVERSAL FRONT MOUNT TURBO INTERCOOLER FMIC 28x7x2.5": eBay Motors (item 220479578594 end time Oct-06-10 18:46:35 PDT)

refer to picture of where to mount it

doesn't HAVE to be ebay but they aren't much different from most decent brands, plus this is probably the perfect size anyway... you need to make your own pips for intercooler it's MUCH more cheaper then having a shop do it, buy some aluminum piping probably 2.5 inch with some bends and try and get a pipe bender too use as well, of course you need to do this AFTER you have bought and mounted the intercooler and have mapped out the direction of where you want the pipes to go

PS when you are making the pipes, MAKE sure you try and keep it as direct as possible, keep the angles and bends to a minimum as it will affect spool up time and airflow

PS post pics, we like rotaries here and we like to see them, especially old school stuff

Crazyman. We need more detail. What type of build are you trying to do ?

1. Are you going for street port ?
2. What type of carburetor are you using?
3. What type of turbo are you using ?
4. What's your price range for intercooler set up ??

By the looks of it you want to go real cheap. I think the best thing to do is to buy a kit already designed for your vehicle. Don't go with eBay parts. If you're looking to save money and do the job right I would save up some money and go with a Saber R Spec Intercooler Kit for your FB. It will run you around $660. Size: 660 x 220 x 100mm
You will need a smaller battery. YOu wont have to worry about cutting the front reinforcement bar, You may need to change the radiator fitment angle Though. The ASE Front Mount Intercooler Kit with throttle body adapter is a little over 1grand. It comes with a 600x300 tube. This kit bolts straight in. No hassle.

You're looking for trouble if you want to go with eBay.

Edit: If I were you I would just to a Turbo II swap from an S5. Save you all the hassle. It's a lot more work setting up a blow for a 12at. 13B is so much easier.

the only reason im staying with the 12a is because i got the turbo mani turbo and wastegate free. this setup is just going to be temp most likely...that is if i get the rest of my seatle money from aaa... then im going to do a s5 swap. idk wat size the turbo is because im in orlando for school and the car and all the parts are in ocala.

If it's only temp then I would wait and save for the S5 swap. A 12AT is a lot of hassle and work. You will save time, money just going with a 13BT. I would hold off and make it right.
