I think you'll will then quickly rethink turboing an NA motor.
I'm not saying it's unpossible, it just not worth it.
Saving up for a few months and then selling your current car should be enough to get you a running TII. It most likely won't be in as nice condition as your current car and definetly won't have those low miles BUT it is a much better starting point for your power goals.
Now what is it that you need the 350hp car for btw?
If it were me, I'd hold onto that little gem of a car you have and use it as a daily while saving up for the power car.
And then still keep it while beating on the power car.
With some suspension upgrades and a good set of tires your current 7 would make a great autocrosser.

One more thing to Add.
NEVER ADD BIG POWER TO A CAR...if you know little about the car. Get a turbo TII and drive it stock for about a year or so. Save up and learn up every individual upgrade. Don't try to learn everything @ once.

he wants to jump from a stock S4 NA into a 350hp monster
my guess is he'd crash inside of a week if he doesn't upgrade the brakes, wheels & tires, and suspension along the way
I can't count how many times I've heard people bitch about getting worse handling after they've upped the power. Where they used to go full throttle in through a corner and now they are fighting understeer through the corner.
I have a good friend with an LS-1 swap FC FS: 1988 LS1 RX7, Central VA - RX7Club.com and he has a hell of a time keeping it under control in an auto-X. It got better with a set JIC coilovers and a set of FD wheels but it still wants to roast the tires off in 1st and 2nd gear.
