Im not College grad or a Rocket Scientist but from what information I can gather on that ad is.
1)The guy is Puerto Rican and dont know shit about his car.
(You dont know how many "fast" *stock* first gens RX7's I have seen that "raced" at Lakeland)
2)The guy is just a complete all around moron.
3)The car doesnt have shit done to it.
You can get a good idea if the engine has been cracked open but looking at gaskets or look for ATV.
If the engine is stock ports,I wouldnt pay an outrageous price for a "rebuilt" motor.Cause MOST people would not rebuild a 12A with out port work.

They are refering to carbon/aluminum seals..
