well, it is a hell of a torque monster, and IT DOES NOT change the weight of the vehicles front but by 20-40 pounds. If you are tired of replacing seals than go that route. You will not be discriminated by being a so-called redneck. Trust me when ls1 rx7's show up on the scene people run to see it and have plenty of questions. only the stupid un-educated rotards that are predjudice start the bull shit. Im sure i will piss of true rotary enthusiasts but, again i do also have dear respect for them I can do a swap less than scott or any other rotary performance shop will cost me to replace that 13btt. Its crazy.

Nice, I would take Magic Triangles over pistons anyday, but sometimes it nice to see a LS1 or simliar swaped 7. I peronally would never do it, but if one shows up to a meet ill head over and check it out, its somthing differnt and im not gonna flame someone because they "ruined a 7". I'd much rather ask questions about it and learn somthing new maybe.

Now im off to find this car on craigs list.

While I am quite happy with the 13B-REW in my 7... as soon as it takes a shit...a LSx V8 engine and t56 is going in.

I can't think of any other reasons NOT to put a LSx other than it "ruins the heritage, etc, blah blah"

yea, its probably mine.

i hate to sell it, but i am in need of cash, and its really doing nothing but sitting in my driveway or going to the track anymore. no one seems interested in it though, i figured i may just sell the shell and find an FB to put the 355 into, i really want the solid rear axle, and the fact you can get an FB down to ~2000# is nice too, its works on 2 levels, less power to go fast, and more reliability because i dont have to build a wild motor. what i have now is far from wild compared to other engines i've built, but to most its a bit of a rowdy setup.
