Mazsports rebuild?
My engine is going to need a rebuild very soon so i think i might take it in monday and have them look at it. Thinking about getting a street port but it all depends upon price. Has anyone had a streetport rebuild done at mazsports and if so how much did it cost and how did it turn out? Just trying to get a general idea let me know, thx -Eric

that should be enough lol never dealth with the company seeing as i didnt keep my fc very long. but 5k should be enough.

hell yea 5 g's will get u almost enything u want! lol just dont flash 5 g's or they might rip u off tell them u lookin for a sertain set up and then ask for a price.. but then again if they pull it out and put it back in them selfs "the motor" idont really kno how much it would run

Hey.
If you can get MazSport to actually fit you in for a rebuild (They've engineered their own engine management system for forced induction RX-8's; Have cars from all over the country in line to have it installed - Very high end stuff - a garage full of show cars)
Then DO IT. Cost wont be an object for the work this guy does.
If they turn you away because yours says "7" and they like "8" better, then goto maztech in Tampa...
They used to be one-in-the-same ya know...at least that's what I've heard...

I believe i will get the rebuild done at maztech and then get my car dyno tuned at mazsports because i will have money leftover, suposidly maztech is cheaper... if it is alot cheaper mayb single turbo

i know a guy that does great work on rotaries. been working on them for 16 years. very fair prices and very meticulous builds. He specs everything if it can be re used and does not take chances if it needs to be replaced. PM me if you want contact info.

they didnt engineer their own engine management system. they reversed engineered a microtech and slapped a new logo on it. i hope microtech catches them soon. as far as taking them your car. if you have super deep pockets take it to them. but trust me he will find shit and want to fix it and make you pay for it. or else he wont do the work you originaly wanted done.
