jeff at maztech is always in my head. ive never had any bad experiences with him. hes honest and stands behing his work and wont fuck you over.

scott at mazport over in st. pete is also good. however ive herd hes a bit prizier. ive never dealt with him though being that its easier for me to talk to my contacts in PR and to talk to jeff.

Ive had only good experiences with jeff at maztech. Although i think im going to use scott for my rebuild, heard hes better at modding and jeff is better at fixing.

Jeff is good for stock work.
He wont touch porting or performance.

He will send you to Scott.
I only had one of my 7s at Jeff shop and that was over 5 yrs ago.Scott tuned it and I have to say.I was not impressed at all.

I found my way around my car better and ended up tuning it myself.

Be very cautious who you take your car to.Theres alot of rotary "mechanics" out there.

Post up what car and what kinda work you tring to get.

Good luck getting a hold of Scott.Unless your spending a ton of money with him he wont even call you back.I wasnt to impressed with his tuning either. He will lock you out of your own microtech ecu if he tunes it.Prices always more than quoted.

I work at Lowe's down in Sarasota, we do porting, engine building, etc. We also have experience with Microtech, thats what I run in my personal car. We also have a lot of experience with Motec as well as the Apexi power fc. Give us a call 941-924-8597.

If you planning on JUST taking him your irons and housings to get ported I have someone who possibly could do it for you. My good friend is a diesel mechanic and does tons of porting for side work. He is going to do the ports on my 13bt (bridged Secondaries, SP Primaries) and port/polish and match my intake manifolds.
