? about TII....
how much boost will the stock TII wategate allow.....my buddy has a TII wastegate on his integra and has no idea what kinda boost he is even close to running....

well obviously....but im probably getting his setup and i was just wondering what the wastegate should allow....

is he using a stock rx7 turbo? because the stock wastegate spring is 6.5 psi. but if it has room to breather (3 inch down pipe) the stock wastegate hole isnt big enough and you start seeing 10-12 psi.

. It would have blown his motor if it hadn't cooked his turbo's seals. But yea, if hes running a 3" exhaust, intake he will be boosting to atleast 10psi, but as sneakin said, get a boost gauge, the best $52 he could ever spend..
