found out it was not a boost leak but the greddy profec boost controller is going hay wire and no longer keeping its memory so it would loose its setting and thats why we couldnt keep boost.
here are some of the runs. any comments welcome. these runs were around 11-12 psi

wtf happened at 3200rpm on that dyno graph. I know it's not that 3800 rpm crap the mazda ECU does cause you've got a standalone right?

its the way scott tuned it. i have 550cc primary injectors and 1680cc secondaries. so what he did was remove fuel and spark at around 3500 then have the secondaries kick on around the same times. so thats why you see a lean spike then a rich spike as well in the afrs. now this only happens if say im above 3500 and above 3 psi. so if im just cruising and not boosting i dont see this happen.
it probably would have a lot more hp if the a/f was a little straighter, but scott was having a hard time tuning the transation from 550 to 1680. we worked it out better on the street rather than on the dyno. it wouldnt hurt it any to have scott tune it for another hour to fine tune some more but thats another 350.
