buying an mx5
hey guys,
next saturday, i might have myself an 02 mx5..either that or a GTI 1.8T. ill probably stick with my rwd roots. can anyone tell me if there's a cheaper alternative to the jubiride ITB's and where could i find a cheap hardtop?

what happened to the 240 hatch? good luck getting anything jubiride not dealing with a corolla in the U.S. might wanna try your connects in japan. prob your best bet. although you might be able to rig up some gsxr itb's or something.

thanks man, ill just pick some up when i go back to visit this june. ahh the 240, i sold it for a good $5000 so i could get something newer..mainly as a daily driver

I have seen some good hardtops on ebay for as cheap as $450. If you want cheaper shipping, sometimes the places cut the hartops in half for you and you can have it reassembled when it gets here. I love how the hartops look on those miatas, good luck with your search.

Cut the hardtop in half?! I wouldn't recommend that. If you ever want to resell it your target audience will drop to almost nothing.
One of the reasons hardtops still go for higher prices is because of SPEC Miata racing. A hardtop is required so they get bought up left and right.
