I heard you can mount them up together.

1)do the 13b-rew UIM fit the S4,and S5 LIM?
Do you need an adaptor plate?

2)Any HP increased for this mod?

3)Which throttle body do you use?

 

Basically you buy a spacer which is expensive as hell, cheapest I've seen is $150. You use the FD UIM/TB combo and you also use the FD TPS, which when you buy the adapter plate they give you instructions on how to rewire it. It will fit zenki or kouki LIM's, Your gonna have to port match the LIM ofcourse to acheive any benefit from it. But it is one of the biggest and best (apperance) changes to an FC engine bay besides the 20b UIM sitting in there with ofcourse the engine underneath it

 

Well I was talking to one of my friends on this set up.

I didnt know he was already doing it.
He sent me pics,so its going on imageshack,so I can put them here.
He told me spacer for $125.
You use 13b rew -uim/throttle body and greddy neck.He said the runners are longer,which means should be better on trq also.

Thats nice looking, I painted my UIM/LIM black too, it goes REALLY good together with a black car. I've wanted to do that mod for a while but the lack of performance compared to the cost has always turned me away from it. If I had an extra $350-$400 just sitting around I'd do it in a heartbeat though.

 

I think this mod is lack of performance for a stock turbo.. Its got to help with HP and TRQ

 

BTW show pics of your engine.If I can find these parts cheap,Im going to do it.
I found a throttle body polished for 150. to me thats a little to high.before I pay that much for a loose throttle body,Id get the 13b cosmos throttle body on the FD intake

I don't have any updated pics of my engine, I only have pics of it when it was stock, right after I installed it. Do you look on rx7club? Heres a somewhat custom FD uim for $50, it has two extra injector spots which would have to be addressed but for $50 thats a steal. http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=504562

 

Im going to try to shoot for the UIM on ebay,but it sat in salt water,and salt water and aluminum dont mix to good.

Im scared of the rx7club one,it has to many problems,and it dont have a throttle body..
