Edwin Figeuroa
Does anyone know an Edwin Figeuroa? Its a long story, but he signed a title for an RX-7 that a friend of mine got from MaxumMotorsports. My friend is now trying to get the car in his name but can't because Edwin signed the title but never sent it in for processing. Basically the title is in limbo. We are trying to get ahold of this guy to get the title in his name and then transferred to my friend. My friend will pay for all expenses and pay him for his trouble.

This so far has happened to my friend twice when buying rx7's. The first guy was cuban, we drove to miami and the title wasn't even in the sellers name. So we got all his info and he kept the title saying he was gonna go process it and send it to him cause he was late fore work, well he didn't send it. The other was a guy from jacksonville, we drove up there as usually the guy said it was in his name, another spanish fella, but he was lying. So we just forged the 2nd guys sig and brought the paper worked we needed to the dmv and got a title. PEOPLE WHO DON"T GIVE OUT APPROPRIATE TITLES ARE PIECES OF SHIT. Maximumsports or whatever is a bitch for selling it to your friend without a situated title. Do just spanish people fuck titles up or am I just being racist?

Not really, the guy that is owner to the title has a car lot. The guy took it for a test drive, put $200 down and never brought it back or paid anything else.
We talked to the owner and he said he will it to us for $4-$5k, but it has a rebuilt title and it wont start (fuel problem)....
Owner said he is closing his business in about a month or so...didnt sound like he really care about getting the car back.
