Did he even test your exhaust for a decibel reading? Your exhaust note can't exceed over 95db which is like the standard (someone correct me if im wrong). I think Fl can be higher maybe???? Do some research for the legal db limit in fl and go out and but a tester and test your own car with a friend. If you get lower than 95 or whatever the legal limit you find it to be.
take it to court. If its higher than your pretty much shit outta luck bro unless maybe you can invent some shit about your car being a rotary and its need to breathe better and be less restrictive. Good luck where to begin? www.google.com would be a good start.

yad think they had something better to do then bother me about my exhaust. its not like i was speeding or breaking in other laws besides that. It was even on dalemabry so im not even bothering anyone else. This is stupid im so pissed right now.

75 + 2 points on my license OR 54 with exhaust fixed. Which will amount to alot more then 75. Id take the points if it wasnt for my insurance.

 

2 points for an exhaust, what kind of gayness is that. I wouldnt mind paying but going to school just for that bs. Id definitly take it to court if i could afford a lawyer. its nothing close to serious crime at all. you should come out fine as long as you fight it. just remmeber to test your exhaust for a reading before you actually show, Id still go anyways because most likely youll get something out of it with a lawyer.
