On saturday a few rx7 guys and I went to Sonics and then the other Sonics and then to Gandy. While there there was another 2nd gen that was wanting to race.

Got on the bridge and spanked that ass sooooo bad. then we turned around and when we are coming back this guy in a 240sx stops rigth next to me to ask me if i wanted to race I said no there is a cop behind you! he speed up got in front of me and the cop got behind me and stopped all 3 of us. Lucky for the 2nd gen he was only 16.

Does anyone knows how to beat the Road Race charge?

Jorge...... man we all felt really bad about what happened. All of us pretty much stayed there and waited until the cops left. It really sucked that the cops escorted all of you guys off the bridge and right in front of everyone. When they were handcuffing you guys alot of people were "booing". What ended up happening?? My husband had a really good lawyer for that charge about 1 1/2 years ago. I will see if we can dig up his number for you. It will about $1000 though. I bet your wife's pissed huh??

 

^That sucks man, sorry to hear that. The cops down here fucked my friend, he was doing 35mph down a 40mph street with his friend right behind him, cops said they were street racing going under the speed limit. Most cops are douschebags, don't have anything to fill their quota so they go for the easiest way. Does he have you on radar going over the speed limit? Fight that charge, it's total BS.

 

I think the helicopter got them because when the cops were escorting them over the Gandy bridge on the shoulder back over the other side of the bridge, the helicopter was right above them, and then when they all were in custody they left.

 

Im glad I stayed home that night...

I hate to put it this way,but now you know how it feels when people stay there for your troubled times,and not dip on you..

Speed trapped on a gun?

Them are the two main things you should look into,and how many cops,people were witnesses..

Since you posted you are one who got caught,I guess the other is to much of a coward to post he got caught also.. yes the yellow FC is a member here..

The way others describe to me,how he was talking all bad ass,about wanting to race anybody,well he just paid the price.. Its just to bad some others got caught too..

He should of atlease had a fast car or put money on it..

What charge did you get originally,PM me them if you want,and not put it here.. Get the statue number and find out the max sentence for each..
Im guessing its not just a traffic violation..

Ohh not to mention on the juvinle thing.. I seen them suspend peopel under 18's leicense till they are 18,or even something minor as this up to 5 yrs.,. they are alot more strict on them..

BTW Billy,curfew will suck before you turn 18

I Am Not Sure If There Were Helocopters Or Anything Else. The Police Report Doesnt Say We Were Racing, It Says "the Affiant Was About To Engage In A Contest Of Speed".

There Was No Speeding Gun We Were Going Probably
30 Mph If That. I Had To Slow Down To Be Able To Hear The Guy Talk. (my Mufflers Are Noisy)
