Well I haven't done a 3rd gen motor but I can get my TB, UIM off in 1 minute along with the sec fuel rail. on my 13bt (removed the crappy rats nest). It's really pretty simple, just unbolt the rail, take off the fuel lines and pop out the old injectors. Then simply reinstall.

yea do what FC3 said. I haven't taken out my injectors out in a long time but if i remember correctly. It's only two Nuts on the rail. And I have a N/A. Most likely its the same on a Turbo. But I don't know Never worked on one. Take them out. I think its a 10mm I'm not sure. After you pop that out. D/C your injector lines, then pop out the injectors. Becareful that you don't spray yourself. Could be pressure built up, and dont reuse the old seals. Over time they warp and Stretch and you won't notice it till you pop out the injector. The 2nd set are more difficult to get to.
