just wondering where the bast place for some rx7 stuff is, i know of ebay obviously.

is there some other good salvage sites or local places to go?

i'm mainly just looking for a few interior peices like the turn signal switch and the column cover and a few other small things........

Have you popped off the steering wheel?

The turn signal switch itself isn't bad, it's the white curved plastic pieces on the wheel itself that are broken (Superglue doesn't work, I tried). Take off the horn cover, remove the wheel, and underneath is the whole turn signal mechanism. When you push it down or up, it clicks into place with those white pieces. But since they're broken, it doesn't stay where you put it.

I pulled the fuse for the hazard lights, and pushed the button for the hazard lights (turning off the turn signals completely so it doesn't keep signaling left) and just used hand signals.

So for the turn signal, unless you've since managed to break it more, those white pieces are the only part you need to replace.

How's the conversion coming along?

 

everything is coming alright, just stalling for money to finish some motor stuff, i re-did the interior in all black, looks good, old motor and trans are out, i have everything i need minus the fuel system, just waiting on more cash. it should be done mid summer i hope.

sticking with the mazda rear for now, maybe an 8.8 in the future.

i saw the peices i needed on ebay, but i got out bid. its no big deal to get them off a junkyard car, i just wanted some places to look at and price stuff.

rotary- oh yeah, i dont have any parts off of mine i unless you want the stock seats which are red and beat up,

 

oh, i havent really messed with it much, i was just going to replace the whole thing if i can find a car in a junkyard... from what i read the column stuff is 84-85 specific.... so i have to find one...... or pay the dealer a whole lot of money....... i'll try that guy above, anyone else got any sites, locals, post em up...........
