The 2.5 litre six
After I finish with a +T (adding a turbo) to my Volvo 240, I'm planning on doing an engine swap with another Volvo 240. I am interested in using the Mazda 2.5 six that I think was also used in the Probe (correct me if I'm wrong). I want to hang a couple of T3's off the sides and Megasquirt for injection.
The question I have is about the reliability of those bottoms ends. I've heared talk elsewhere that they have a hard time as you get near 300hp. Does anybody have any info or links on this one way or another?

The 2.5's don't take kindly to to much of anything. They are great stock or all motor, that's about it. Of course you can shoot nitrous at them, but that has alot less load then turbos. Get the MilleniaS supercharged 6 from the factory and modify that, it's the same motor with a SC.
