just wondering.... i was told that its normal for the 7's exhaust to smell a little rich and shoot flames once over 4k rpm's.... is this the case?

only real modification is full exhaust with no cats....


also i was suprised tonight when i raced a gsx with slight modifications and beat it once and kept up with it every other time.... was very amazed

 

You will run a little rich with out the cats/ and FCs will shoot a blue flame if every thing is right.. timing/fuel rotarys will shoot flames,nothing abnormal.

Did you race this car from a roll or stop?
Where are you shifting at?
GSX.. thats n/a right?

Your car might run a 14.8 or so on its best day with some good tires . A GSX unknowing its modification level you probally could have hung with him ....

Also flames yea , rotaries without cats and a decnet exhuast will shoot flames quite normally . You may get them on shifts and upon letting off after some WOT action .
