Default How does the flash to pass work?

been trying to see if it works, but i can't get the lights to go on and stay down. have any of you have manage to make it work?

the lights have to be down for them to work,and all you do is pull the light switch towards you, and flash it.. thats it.. no biggie,and it wont stay liek that

I though you could keep the lights down, I seen japanese RX7s with the flash to pass but the don't have to open the lights, all they use is the Fog lights and the Flash to pass stays on.

Thats because the JDM FTP lights contain a 5watt light bulb in them. They use those instead in large cities since there is already so much light in the city. You would have to do some custom job to your FTPs or buy the JDM ones.
