Default Check Engine Light

I just checked why my engine light is coming on and it's giving me a code 12, which is the throttle sensor-full range. I have been looking around the throttle body for some wires disconnected and found nothing but a big black (probably ground) wire cut. I'm pretty lost about this and the light goes off every once in a while then comes back on. Any help? Thanks.

If you live in Tampa, call Maztech at 874-0937. They can help you since they fix RX7s and they rebuild rotary engines
