Summer coming to an end.. (meeting?)
Well since summer is coming to an end soon,do some fo you guys think a meet is due?
I have met more locally rotary guys and think they would like to make it also..
I think this one will be better,no last minute car belt braking for me..
This time I will be prepared,and be there early..

Ben T davis is a awesome place especially a sunday..maybe around 5-6 ish?

5-6 is kinda late to get a pavillion,,, we should get one close to the entrance..

I had a mazda meet along time ago on sunday, later on in the day and was straight...
No flashing of davids man breast were needed and no passer by's were injured.

dam you think it will be ok to get a Pavillion so late,I dont want to fight off a the whole projects to have room for us..

What time frame are we looking at? End of August sound good to everyone or what? I'd say if we meet around noon make somewhere where you can stay cool under a pavillon or something, like you guys said. Is it going to be like a BBQ or something? But most parks close by dark so if you meet at 6 it doesn't give you a whole hell of alot of time. But how long will people realistically going to stay? If the meet is too long I can see people showing up and leaving early and people getting there late and no one getting to actually meet people as much. So say a 2 hour meet or so? Or an all day BBQ thing?

I dunno wherever . The MRCCFL meet was very nice and I think the all day type BBQ thing would work best . Or atleast longer than 2 hours .
I'l be rockin the MR2 anyway as I dont think my RX7 will ever run .
