Huh? You put vacuums on it? No, does it have any vacuum leaks? They are very tough to nail down or even be sure that you have them some times. Hows the idle?

 

New vacuum lines, idles at 1,500, idle is ok.

 

check to see if the secondary ports are working correctly. they work off vacuum and they could be stuck closed or open. that would make a big difference to performance.

 

5th and 6th ports? stuck open wouldnt give him that problem..

 

Ya it would tony. When they are stuck or wired open you lose your low end at least some.

 

what does he mean no power @ 4k.. I know you loose bottom end.. but how bad is it..

I have not seen a car,that has wired 5th and 6th port to cause back fire and no accel..

anyways.. these are reasons why I think 6 ports are pos..

 

I think they are working, vacumm is conected and moves freely.

 

well maybe it has something to do with your screan name

 

If it does then the car is out of luck.
