I was just wondering if anyone knows of the new mzda 6 5 door engine would fit in a protege 5

Why not slap a turbo on it and build the engine to handle some boost?

just find out all the dimentions on both motors and compare and you will never know till you try it, and besides if you turbo it you wont be original, but if you do the motor swap i havnt herd of any one doing that and you could be the first kid on your block to do it.







oh yea i think it might void you warrenties. hahahaha

i think it would void my warranty but i am not relly worried about it anyways. i feel the same about turbos everyone is starting to get turbos and i would rather have a swap that no one has. thanks guys

I wouldn't say that turbos are the "in" thing and even if they were there would be a reason for that.

i am not saying they are the "IN THING" but i have seen a lot of protege 5 up north anyways with turbos. I am just saying I would rather do something original.
