Do you still have a cat on it? If so I'd bet its old/clogged. Are the aux. ports wired open or something?

As for the tuning, how exactly do you plan on tuning it? Theres no method I know of with the stock ECU and no piggyback like the s-afc.

Just check timing witha timing light, set it to stock and maybe advance it 2 or 3 degrees.

Oh my fault didn't even think about timing. Was simply thinking fuel tuning.

Yes, for an NA advancing the timing it a great idea. An S-AFC being used to pull some fuel out is even better though.

Do you have your 5th & 6th ports wired open? And what fuel pump did you put in there?

Do you know where and what they are? If not, think v-tec. They open up in higher RPMs (forgot what rpm since its been awhile since I messed with NAs).Well alot of people wire them open because its a myth that it makes your car faster. Only time it does anything good is if they are stuck shut, because then you won't get any top end power. So people wire them open so you get the top end, but you'll lose some power down low.

fuel press. regulator may help a bit... did you put a fuel pump in the car because it needed a new pump, or did you upgrade thinking it would give you performance? what mods, if any, do you have?s-afc sounds like a good tool to buy for you. hopefully you still have a functioning 6 port system. with all that fuel you need to open something up. maybe put a header on it, cone intake filter. i really wanna help you in brandon but do not currently have a car. if you pm me maybe we can meet up soon. i may have to buy a beater car here soon and i may be able to drive and hgelp.. just pm me and we'll talk.

So, it's good to not have any top end power? J/k I know you messed up. They open up at higher RPMs to give the rotaries more air and fuel. You're right about wiring them open, not a good idea. Just stick with stock.

No I meant the only time it will do any good to wire them open...is if they are stuck shut
