I think 1/4 mile is a fast race as it is. I never even bother with 1/8.

I would be out there if my car was finished. When is it anyways? The next one for sure, but I'll be out at the track before then anyways.

Oh Tony I forgot to tell you; I had to put those stock injectors back in my car The 720s in the primaries wasn't cutting it with no standalone.

What are you wondering? 680s in the secondaries will be fine, but I doubt they will be in the primaries since I couldn't get my car to run right with 720s in there. Just remember they need to be the same impedence. GSL-SEs are low, but I'm not sure when the AEs were made; probably after the mid 87 cutoff date.

I think they are also low impedance,I thought S5 were high, and S4 low? I will go outside later to check my production date but I think i have an early month 87 production date.. or an early 88?I will check later..

I will be putting the GSL SE injectors in for the secondaries,Im just wondering if the fuel trim will be ok from the stock ECU to the 680s.

I havent seen any,but can you get better fuel rails?

Ok, if you go to mazdatrix's website they tell you the exact VIN that the low/high impedence change took place. It was mid 87 I believe. You should be fine with the 680s in the secondaries, but probably not the primaries. There are bigger rails for like 1600cc injectors, but I don't know of any for stock ones.

KR2D sold rails that were drilled out for 1600's .

There are a few companies in Japan that make bigger rails . I know RE Ameyia did as well as FEED .
