ill prove it anytime you want to see it happen. ill try and convience someone to stand at a corner with a digicam and take pics of me going sideways around it.

 

Drifting an SE is very possible as I have done it with mine as well . But not having the LSD sucks with not being able to use alot of common drift techniques .

Try to get a car with a limited slip differential and a solid suspension that isnt completely worn out or blown out . Go out on a rainy day in an industrial area and just kinda find your comfotability with the car .

Dont over exceed your limits , aka: Run into things .

If the car snaps back push in the clutch , this will bring the car back to you after the intial slide . I've seen quite a few people tackle some curbs like Warren Sapp because of kickback

 

i exceeded the limits in my old car and hit a telephone pole with the the right rear fender.

 

I've curbed many a rim .

It just comes with the territory .

 

ok when i go out looking for a used ride what should i be looking for
like how do you tell what model is is I.E. se gxl and all and whether it has lsd and all the other feature , anty way to chack the suspension without test ride as well as how wel the engine maintaince you know

 

Best way to determin what NOT to buy is dont buy a second gen with 4 lug n the wheels. that = peice of shit.. open diff,one piston caliper,no pwr windows (if you like pwr windows)

Then if you get one with a 5 lug set up then your doing better,later GXL (production) Had LSD bit im not sure if its 88 or later in 87,I dont knwo if theres a vin split so you can tell or what.

anyways watch what your buying becuase car lots are selling POS, SE,sports for the price of a GXL.

If you find a car,and you need help looking at it,im pretty sure someone would help you take a look at it,(I would if you pick me up)

 

the ones with the adjustable suspension have a control switch in the center panel between driver and passager.

 

a sports edition is a piece of shit?? is that what u said tony? i may have misinterpreted it but sport edition had 5 lug setup too. basically a base model with 5 lug and tuned suspension only thing that sucks is that there is no lsd..
