are u sure all it is, is the headgasket? the it wont even rev up in nutral and it keeps stalling like every time i push the gas.....let me know thanx.....

 

Thats because the oil and water is making the spark plugs misfire, or not fire at all, Not only that, but you have lost your crankcase pressure,a nd that is what is pulling pushing the fluids into places it should not go.

Have you had a compression check done yet?


If not come over to the house and I have all the tools to fix your car, and do the compression check. I would guess maybe 3 hours tops to fix it and then maybe 2 to put it back together, I would just have to see it.. Is it a V6, or 4 cylinder?

I am very honest person, ask any of my friends or club mates..I do the job correct or I don't want the money..you have to buy all parts I say, to ensure this lasts


This what I like to do,, Call Mazsport ask them how much they will charge you, I will do it for 3/4 of what they ask, so if they want $350 to pull the head.. I will do it for $200, If you was a club member of Fast As Fuck, I think they get 50% discounts on labor, and some free parts.

stop driving it, stop trying to drive it, stop trying to start it...you'll only ruin it more. Park it and decide what to do with it. Probably at the point you're at, you'll need to tow it wherever you get it fixed. Sign up for AAA online if you don't already have it, and get the Plus membership...it's well worth it.

Had my Tempo towed over 60 miles just to have the alternator replaced at the shop that replaced it just weeks before.

I have my MX-6 in the garage, waiting for me to find time to change the head gasket and piston rings. But I have 3 cars now...so being down 1 isn't too big a hassle (;

 

why not just do an engine swap? if you've got a GS or SE, you could pickup a KLDE cheap...

 

how much would u think it would cost for a KL_DE???
