I see what you are saying but keep in mind that putting an engine isn't meant for the car is going to cost a lot of money. Have you checked out www.flyinmiata.com? They have kits for whatever your range might be.

AH, but you forget I work at Z Fever...where we put an SR in anything....hahaha. So it will actually cost ME less. And I think after everything is said and done, a good turbo kit, built engine, stand alone, and fueling is still gonna cost more than the SR. Plus, it hasnt been done before which make it all the more interesting.
