i just want to get an idea from you FC owners which exhaust worked and sounded best for you, right now my FC is stock NA but i will get a turbo sooner or later. i want something that doesnt sound to ricey like a lawn mower going by.

 

if you really wanna go through all the trouble of turboing your NA then be my guest. Its a lot of work and so much shit to deal with. buy a t2 and do it from there.

im using magnaflows right now and they are loud as fuck but like the sound of it. it really depends on what you want, quiet or loud that you will become a cop magnet.

 

If your going to go turbo, you will swapping the entire drivetrain for a TII one. If not, I will bet you, you never get a turbo. You would have to do a custom turbo manifold, dp, etc etc etc. Plus your tranny, clutch, and rear end won't handle the power too long.

Now for what exhaust? The best sounding/performance would be to just get 2.5" exhaust straight back from the exhaust manifold to either a y-pipe and then 2 mufflers, or straight back to one muffler. If you get a header, you will get that tinny sound and it won't sound good no matter what.

 

Hey I LOVE my setup. It's the stock exhaust manifold into a 2.5" Racing beat downpipe with the presilencer feeds into a y pipe with dual Apexi N1 mufflers. (The mufflers are imitation cause I'm poor.).... But oh my god I think it's looks fuckin awesome and it sounds awesome too. It's not really quiet, cruising you can barely hear it, but when you get on it, it's loud enough to attract some attention. I had my friend floor it past me as I stood on the side of the road. It sounds kick ass.

id say if you dont want a loud ricey exhaust the Racing beat is best exhaust for you. its not that loud and is deep. i wouldnt get N1 if you dont want loud and raspy

my n1 isnt load and ricey i actually like it alot when you at idle its pretty quiet but its when your at like 8 grand its load but not like a lawnmower

Yea , it doesnt have the normal metal hitting all inside the muffler rotary sound . It has a very nice tone .

I would go Apex'i N1 , The single is much quieter than the duals .
