Building Publicity And Community Involvement

My observation of meets is that one held every three months works about
right to keep interest up.
If Jon does three more Advance meets, three months apart, then it will survive
to become an "Annual" meet. One Annual meet is easier to do than 3 smaller meets.
My thinking is based on having attended Taylor and Son's NAPA annual meet
in Holiday, Florida. Scads of cars. Local charities are getting involved. Local
community is getting involved. That particular NAPA is getting to be the "in"
place to be on that Sunday. and........the folks who were driving by and
stopping to look will be mentioning the word NAPA to their friends in conversation,
as well as the folks who participated.
The down side is, If Jon moves on to greater opportunities, and does no more
meets, then this will become a one-time flash in the pan and rapidly forgotten.
I have bunches of examples from the meets that I attend.-Bob

I would go if the meet was every other or three months, I'm involved in so many things right now but can make time for things close to home.
