USF Car Meet sept 16th
Friday, September 16 at 8:00pm at Lot SOUTH of USF TAMPA Library

I like the way you put the date in the thread title.
I wish others would do the same.
Simple, straight forward date, time, location. You're doing it right.

I had a great time the other night at the USF meet. It was huge. It was well lit.
there was a variety of cars. The people running the show were friendly.
It was reminiscent of the peak of the original Riverview meets at lowes.
I even saw some of the same PEOPLE that used to go to Riverview!

For you historians, this meet is within a shift knob's throw of the Sundome lots.
In the 70's the USF Sports Car Club held night autocrosses on Friday nights.
The lots were set up with mirror image courses and people drove flat out with
headlights to guide them.
The other night there were a few nostalgia cars out
at the meet from that 70's era. There were many other cars from other brands,
and even a few hot rods and trucks.
I wish others would do the same.
