My name is (delete) and i have been looking over the local meets, and so far the couple i have been to have either been only 4-5 people, or a bunch of older men with their classic cars.

I have noticed you a lot on the forums so i figured you would be the one to ask. I'm looking for more of a night time, fast cars, lights and loud music kind of meet, for the younger guys. I was thinking you would know of any going on if there were any, If not i was wondering if it would be possible, me being new at it all and not having a performance vehicle of my own, to organize something like this in an abandoned parking lot i know of. as much as i HATE HATE HATE saying this, more of a fast and the furious type get together, but totally legal. Just that stylle of car.

 

You are correct. I go to a lot of meets.
On Sunday I went to the Deviant
Concepts meet/show at the Baseball stadium at Drew and US19 in Clearwater. They
were doing a fundraiser for the Clearwater Acquarium.
From there I went to the
Eurohaulics meet and cookout at John Chestnut Park in Palm Harbor.
They are now up to 71 members and rapidly growing. Lots of cool BMW guys
and mostly German cars.

Saturday night on my way back from some smaller meets there was a HUGE late
night meet (in an undisclosed location) face-to-face-conversation-only about
that one, but cars were stretched out over 1/4 mile on BOTH sides of the street.

Earlier this year there was a three floor meet in the massive parking garage
of the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.

November 5 2011 Simply Clean will be in Sanford/Orlando at Route 46 Restaurant.
Great food.....700 Cars and no admission fee.

You will love this meet! Some pics are still up. Don't know exact time,
but look at the posts made by Miami's "State of Stance" they had a huge rollout
and may have mentioned the time to be there. Be there early, early or park in the grass.
