Friday Nite May 27, 2011 University of South Florida Official car meet. Over 169+cars

WHEN:

OFFICIAL USF CAR MEET (ON CAMPUS, FOWLER AVE.) FRIDAY NITE MAY 27TH, 2011

What:

Bi-Weekly Official University of South Florida Car Meet on Fowler Avenue.

Who:

Everyone is invited and welcome as long as you have a love for cars.

Import, Domestic, European, Scooters, Motorcycles, Bicycles.

Anyone can come out and have a good time.

It doesn't matter if you drive a 2011 Mercedes SLR AMG Black Series or a 1985 Ford Taurus, or a 1997 Kia Rio, everyone is welcome.

WHERE:

Official Address:

4202 East Fowler Avenue Tampa, Florida

Official Time:

8:30 p.m. and goes on through the night as long as people want to stay.

Parking:

All the parking is paved and well lit. Please park in the lower lot in front of the Collins parking garage. You will see many cars gathered together.

Campus Police will be in attendance: Please remember to refrain from Burnouts, Tray-sliding, Drifting, Chirping tires, and wrecks of carelessness.

Everyone is here to have a good time, and we want to keep it this way for many years to come. The university has been generous enough to give us a great place to meet and mingle so lets keep them in our good graces PLEASE.

We need to be back on top or in the parking garage. Better lighting, better atmosphere.

^^Unfortunately due to people in the past doing powerful things with their all too powerful cars and attracting a lot of police attention, meets are now held on the large primary lot at the main entrance on campus.

I do agree that the parking garage had awesome lighting!

It just seems like it really killed the attendance numbers and vibe. The parking garage made it unique...

There are a lot of cars that show up. There is one huge problem with this meet, and that is the obnoxious music that is played so loud that it is distorted and pitchy. NOBODY wants to hear reggae played that loud with crackling speakers and treble that is literally enough to hurt your ears. you can not escape the obnoxious music either, i went about as far away from the perpetrator as i could within that parking lot and it was still extremely annoying, you can not really talk you have to yell. meet is not bad but this needs to be kept to a low roar, idk if i will make the hour trip out there to be annoyed that bad.
