Thanks! i try my best to get the meets organized as possible but there's always something missing...i would appreciate the help from both of you.

I would like to get like a volleyball net or a type of sport to go along wit the meet also. Food is a must lol. I'm try to get everything prepared early and ready on time. I'm debating on the shelter at the moment. last one was fine but had to many problems lol.
