10th Annual Florida CRX Meet on Nov. 7th in Oldtown, Kissimmee
It's that time of year again. This is the 10th Annual Florida CRX Meet, held in Oldtown, Kissimmee. There's no charge for entry to the meet, but donations for the Johnny's Angels and Children's Hospice organizations will be taken. Lots to do here, not just hang out and look at cars. There's the Oldtown location itself, so walk around by buy your girl usesless stuff, or go next door to the "Fun Spot" where they have rides and attractions. I will add, if you come out, I'll try to get a picture of your car from at least one angle. No one's getting left out. And I -should- have little nametags and a sharpie on hand.

If your gonna blast your music or drive like a dick (revving, burnouts, etc), stay home.
Roll-Out from Ft. Lauderdale:
Pompano Beach Turnpike Rest Stop @ 7.00am
I'm leaving from the Pompano Beach Turnpike Rest Stop at 7.00am on Sunday, November 7th. Might do a little bit of speeding, but nothing over 75mph. Keeping it civil. Taking our time, stopping if I need to piss or get gas or if I'm hungry. Simple, easy drive since I need to drive home again in the afternoon.
Roll-Out from Tampa:
TA Truckstop off I-4, Exit 10 @ 8.30am, Leaving @ 9.00am
11706 Tampa Gateway Blvd, Seffner, FL 33584
I know one guy wants a roll out from here. Arrive at like 8.30am, they're leaving at about 9.00am. It's NOT the Flying J Travel Center, it's the TA across from it. They'll be at Oltown probably around 10.15am.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
