Wasn't meant the thread jack, it was just to see if the people who we usually hang out with were planning on doing something before moes (since the dyno day started at 6, and moes doesn't pick up till about 9ish usually). There were mostly high end cars out there, I was number 36 on the dyno sheet, Jason was 37, and there were atleast 10 behind us. Saw a Ferrari, a few M series, STI, EVO, G35, 350z, s2k, ect. Figured it would be nice to offer it up to everyone, but it won't happen again. I won't let the door hit me on the way out, k?

Since Pete Stop doesn't post every week like Rex does for Moe's ,
Petes notice slides to the bottom and into the archives......and when people
don't see your meet posted every week, they think the meet has expired.

.....so they quit showing....and the meet expires.......my observation.......

In the case of the Seffner (Tampa) Saturday meets. they sometimes will
cruise over to Peabody's (Tampa) meet to show support......and talk up
the Seffner meet...since Peabody's doesn't meet every week maybe on
the off week, Peabody's folks might go to Seffner....... maybe...

Yesterday after the monthly High Rollers afternoon meet at Lazy days RV,
people could drive South on the same road to get to the Seffner meet.
....and some of them will maybe show for the next three weeks when people
want something to go to.

Rex,
You do good posting something every week. Pete's meet on your
Successful Moe's thread is insignificant......my mention of Tampa meets
used as examples of how things work, is insignificant compared to the
Moe's meet. You found a good spot, Rex, people buy something from businesses,
and no-body is driving over the bridge to Tampa......... -Bob

What I see in what you posted is that most of those cars/drivers
don't hang with each other anyway. In the past when I went to Pete's
there was nothing to do but watch dyno runs. I've seen plenty of those.

The variety of cars at Moe's, shooting the bull, hanging out, and
sometimes a cruise is interesting to me. So....

Analyzing........
Because of timing, (Moes being later), people are more likely to head to
Rex's/Moes meet after they dyno, instead of watching somebody else dyno
and going home early.-Bob

 

Yea wasn't trying to convert you guys to tcm or pete stop meets. Just letting everybody know there was a chance to put your car on the dyno for 10 bucks. What can i say... I like seeing the fruits of my labor in black and white on a dyno chart lol. After the two nissans put on a good show on the dyno we headed out to good ol' MOE's for the real fun.
