I really like the idea of 6-8. Possibly have a little bbq or burgers on the grill. Maybe we will try that next month I dont want to change it up right now for this month. The sun shouldnt be to hot yet! Got the shop to hide in at least. What about date? Every second Saturday of the month? Possibly have to change up the name a little...Thanks for your thoughts.

 

As it gets hot, evening meets are a good idea. Check other evening meets

If a Mid day meet....$1 dogs....$2 Burgers ...all you can eat $3.
50/50 drawing to cover some expenses and a few cheapo door prizes....
Held on a non-conflicting Sat or Sunday and post it 2 months in advance.....maybe tie it in with another meet and make Vortex the meetup point for a rollout to the second meet....(example: following a Vortex Cafe, I went to Clearwater for the Lady Fuel meet) ....in the notice post a map to Vortex...and directions...and post up some pics each time to generate interest for the next Vortex meet..........

So where is Vortex Motorsports exactly? I looked it up on google maps and it puts it right in front of a Freedmans office furniture superstore on hillsborough ave.

 

Vortex is directly behind freedmans. The driveway is on the west side of the freedmans building. Sounds like the weather is going to be good for Saturday....will wait and see!

 

If the time changes from the morning to the evening just make sure to post it, I can only do the morning meet, thanks.
