Hey everyone, I’m trying to get a regular meet going for University of South Florida and surrounding area Subies on Wednesday nights. The meets would be at Hooters right off of Bruce B. Downs. It's less than 5 minutes from campus and its easy to get to from every other road. Plus you can't get a better combination than girls, cars, good food, and whatever sport is on at the time lol. A good time I think is 9shared_pm on. If enough cars come we can start earlier and do some sort of cruise to somewhere. Warning: USF is a cop infested area so I dont think its gonna be a good idea to be burning out and imitating Ken Block's Gymkhana videos. That's only going to bring unwanted attention to ourselves, and possibly disrupts Hooter's business as well. I dont want to be in a situation where im explaining to the cops every night what we're doing. I dont wanna see people getting tickets and their cars impounded (And trust me Ive seen it happen before ). Other than that lets have fun, bring friends, family, hell you can even bring an Evo or two if you want lol. Last Wednesday was the first meet and it was good. We had a guy in a Chevy Trailblazer on 22’s that wanted to race us .

not sure how many people gonna go man lot o people go to the Wednesday BB Downs AEG meet on here already

 

i agree there are some Subarus that meet on monday nights on 54 and some that go on wed - maybe thursday would be a good meet day- but you should definitly hit up those spots to get acquainted with other subarus... But i think its great what your doing- I have a chapter in my crew called Subaru Styles- if you want i will have Vic give you a call. Subarus are amazing machines and i cant believe that there arent more cliques.

 

What's AEG? If no one comes to mine I might cruise down there and see it lol

 

Actually I started the meet because of people on Florida Subarus were talking about meeting at those days and times for months so I jus put it together lol. That's cool. Yea I guess we're the loner types or somethin

u got heart- gotta luv it- you should come out with us to the ultra evolution car show- we have about 20 or so spots saved- let me know- its gunna be the sweetest event this year so far- he never lets us down-lol

ps if you do go to the wed nite meet look for my husband he will be in the copper colored supra - he's good ppl

Meeting tomorrow night at Hooters!! 9shared_pm. I found out there is another meet up on B.B. Downs on the same day and and that might detract from this meet. I could always organize a cruise to that meet if necessary though. I can share lol. I guess it's at the Wiregrass Mall (Correct me if im wrong).

im tellin u that i think thursday would be better for u to have ur meet but u guys can all meet up n ride out to wed nite meet. the wed nite meet has been around for a while- give everyone something to do on thursday-lol
